Staying informed of any important business changes
The Monitoring Service informs you immediately of any changes to a
business at the moment they occur. This enables you to make the right
business decision based on the most accurate and up to date D&B information.
A practical colour code provides an immediate indicator on the severity of
the change. GREEN stands for a positive change, RED means a negative
situation. A notice labelled AMBER indicates that information contained in
the notice is of secondary severity or for information purposes only. All
change notices should be reviewed as soon as possible, using the colour
coding to prioritise your review.
D&Bs Monitoring Service helps you manage risks and discover
opportunities. You can monitor several elements:
- Time critical data (Failures, social security summons, protested bills
etc.)
- Legal & General data (Changes in capital, directors, legal form,
company structure etc.)
- D&B Rating and D&B Payment Score (Change in D&B Rating and D&B Credit
Limit, Change of D&B Payment Score in days.)
- Latest filed accounts (Latest balance sheet and profit & loss
accounts)
And now, with your online e-Portfolio you can do even more. When you
purchase a report together with Monitoring not only are you kept informed of
changes which happen to your business partners, but you are also given
access to unlimited View & Review rights, a unique service which enables you
to review free-of-charge the fresh copy of the report as many times as you
like during the monitoring period of 12 months.
e-Alert
If your business partner is too low value and low risk to justify upfront
cost, allow e-Alert to warn you when something important changes. Every time
you purchase a Business Information Report where you have not yet taken our
Monitoring Service, D&B will automatically register you for this service
free of charge for a period of six months.
e-Alerts are provided on a weekly basis. Specific details of the change
are not included in the e-Alerts, but they highlight when you should
purchase an updated Business Information Report to reassess your initial
decision.
